Why not bill by the hour?

Because the same job is worth different amounts to different people. I charge by what the result is worth in your hands. Single method NT$10,000, workflow bundle NT$20,000, deep rollout from NT$30,000, flagship custom build from NT$50,000. Every plan includes the build, the teaching and follow-up Q&A.

Do I need technical or AI experience first?

No. Most of my clients are creators, personal brands and one-person-company owners who have never written code and don't know what an API is. Leo started from zero with AI himself, and the whole method is built so that people who can't code can still ship AI automation.

Is the consultation paid?

Accepted Answer

No. The first 30-minute call is free, book it by DM on IG or LINE. You decide afterwards whether to continue, with no sales pressure. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so directly.

Who maintains it afterwards?

Accepted Answer

At handover you get a playbook and an operating guide, and the system runs on its own day to day while you watch the results. L1 includes 7 days of Q&A, L2 includes 30 days, L3 includes 60-90 days, L4 includes 3 months. Ongoing support after that can be arranged as a monthly plan.

Which tool do I learn? ChatGPT, Claude, or something else?

I teach both, and the main one depends on the problem you're solving. Claude (including Claude Code) is steadier for coding and automation, while ChatGPT suits everyday thinking and quick answers. The vibe coding track runs mainly on Claude Code. We talk for 30 minutes first to confirm your situation, then decide which tool to focus on. I won't push the whole set on you.

Will I be an engineer after this?

No, but you'll become someone who can build products with AI. Leo is his own case study here. He started from complete zero and shipped three live products: Crispy Kingdom (a web game), NaLi Match (a nail and lash booking platform) and trander (a LINE translation bot). When you're done you can run the workflow yourself, and when you get stuck you know how to get a fix out of the AI. The goal isn't to train you into an engineer.

How long is a session, and how long does it take?

One-on-one sessions usually run 1.5 to 2 hours. L1 single method finishes within 3-4 hours across 1-2 sessions. L2 workflow takes 3-6 hours across 2-3 sessions, about 2-4 weeks. L3 deep rollout runs over several days in stages, about 1-2 months. L4 flagship custom depends on the scope. You set the pace, with no time lock and no rush.

What can I actually do afterwards?

Three examples Leo actually runs: (1) an auto-posting system for IG and Threads that posts at three slots a day, replies to comments and checks the numbers; (2) a one-page service site where he writes the content and pushes it live himself; (3) Claude Code turning the things you repeat every day (replying to messages, sorting data, writing copy) into scripts that cut the time in half. You'll operate all of this yourself, rather than watching me do it.

Can I learn only Claude Code and skip the rest?

Yes, that's exactly what L1 single method at NT$10,000 is for. In 3-4 hours you learn: install and basic commands, how to write CLAUDE.md, wiring up common MCPs, an intro to parallel sub-agent setups, and how to write things so you spend fewer tokens. Afterwards you can use Claude Code to write code and build small tools yourself, and you can text Leo with questions for 7 days.

Question 10

What if I can't learn it? Is there a refund or guarantee?

The free 30-minute call at the start exists to check whether this method fits you. If I don't think it does, I'll tell you straight and I won't take the job. If a plan stops working after we start, you can switch plans (for example step down from L2 to L1 and get the difference back). Rather than refunding afterwards, I'd rather get it clear before we begin.
