Purchase Terms & Refund Policy

1. Scope

These terms govern the purchase of the "crv Pro" software (the "Product") from Leo Huang (the "Seller") by any purchaser (the "Buyer") through leoaido.com, Lemon Squeezy, Capafy, or bank transfer. Completion of payment constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

2. Nature of the Product and Delivery

  1. The Product is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, consisting of a software installation package and a personal license key.
  2. Delivery is complete when the installation package and license key are made available to the Buyer by email or download link.
  3. One license is for the Buyer's personal use and may be installed on multiple devices belonging to the Buyer.

3. Exclusion of the Statutory Withdrawal Period

  1. The Product falls within Article 2, Item 5 of Taiwan's Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium). In accordance with those Regulations and the proviso to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, the seven-day rescission right does not apply where the Buyer has been so informed and has given prior consent.
  2. These terms constitute that notice. By completing payment after being presented with these terms, the Buyer gives prior express consent to immediate supply of the digital content and agrees that the seven-day rescission right is excluded.
  3. For Buyers in the EU or the UK: pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the corresponding UK regulations, the right of withdrawal is lost once performance of the digital content has begun with the Buyer's prior express consent and acknowledgment.

4. Defects and Refunds

  1. The supported environment for the Product is Python 3.10 through 3.13 with ffmpeg installed (the "Supported Environment").
  2. If the Product cannot be installed in the Supported Environment, or a core function stated on the sales page fails to operate in the Supported Environment, the Buyer may notify the Seller with reasonable detail, and the Seller shall provide technical assistance to remedy the issue.
  3. If the issue cannot be remedied after such assistance, the Seller shall refund the purchase price in full.
  4. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any statutory warranty rights available to the Buyer under applicable law.

5. Circumstances Not Eligible for Refund

Except as provided in Section 4, no refund is available in the following circumstances:

  1. Change of mind, or absence of further need for the Product, after delivery is complete.
  2. Use of the Product outside the Supported Environment where the Seller has advised a workable configuration.
  3. Requests for functionality not stated in the feature list on the sales page.

6. Payment Channels

Card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (as merchant of record) or Capafy, whose checkout terms apply in addition to these terms. Bank-transfer purchases are governed directly by these terms.

7. Updates

The purchase includes subsequent version updates. New versions are sent by email to the address used at purchase; the license key remains valid across updates.

9. Amendments and Governing Law

  1. The Seller may amend these terms; amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Each transaction is governed by the terms in effect at the time of payment.
  2. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
