This policy covers the leoaido.com website, together with the apps and auto-reply services operated by Leo Huang ("we", "us"), including the Instagram/Facebook message auto-reply features built on Meta Platform APIs and the LINE Official Account auto-reply features (together, the "Service").
What we collect
- Website forms: the name, LINE ID, email address and request description you choose to enter, used only to answer your enquiry.
- Auto-reply services: when you message an account connected to the Service through Instagram, Facebook or LINE, we receive and process the content of your message and your public profile identifiers (such as platform user ID and display name), so that we can generate a reply and keep the conversation in context.
- We do not collect your passwords, payment details or government-issued ID documents.
How the data is used
- To generate and send replies to your messages (some replies are produced with the help of AI language models).
- To keep the conversation records needed so that later messages stay in context, and so that the account owner can take over as a human when that is needed.
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to the purposes above.
Storage and sharing
- Conversation records are stored in a cloud database protected by access controls.
- To generate replies, message content is sent to AI service providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) for processing; those providers handle the data under their own terms of service.
- We do not disclose your data to any other third party except where required by law.
Retention and deletion
- Conversation records are kept until the purpose of the Service is complete or the account owner deletes them.
- You can ask at any time for conversation data relating to you to be deleted. Email cortexos.main@gmail.comand we will complete the deletion and reply to you within 30 days.
Meta Platform data use statement
The Service receives and answers messages through official Meta APIs, and follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Data obtained through Meta platforms is used only to provide the message auto-reply feature. It is not used for ad targeting and it is not resold. You can request deletion of your data (Data Deletion Request) by the method above.
